What the OEM partner program is

An OEM / white-label program for companies without an in-house engineering team. You sell and own the customer relationship; we build, run and monitor the platform behind your brand.

  • Sold under your brand

Service name, domain, logo and colours are yours. Your customers see your product, not ours.

  • We handle the engineering

Build, operations, monitoring and incident response are fully managed. You do not need to hire engineers.

  • Recurring revenue

Subscription pricing, so every contract you add compounds into your monthly base.

OEM vs. white-label, reseller and referral

Under OEM you own the brand, the pricing and the customer contract. The difference from reselling or referring is that you are the provider of the service, not an intermediary for ours.

* Around 30 tenants is the usual guideline. Where the crossover actually falls depends on your AI model and conversation volume, so we work it out against your own assumptions.

On modelling your margin

Real margin varies with the AI model behind a deployment, conversation volume and the size of your own customers. That is why you will not find a margin percentage or a profit projection on this page.

Tell us your intended retail price, tenant count and expected volume and we will model it with you. Start the free trial and your account manager will pick it up from there.

Start a trial and we will model it with you

Recommended retail price is ¥15,000 per month or above. The final price is yours to set.

Standard and above run on a cloud account contracted in your own name (BYOK); infrastructure cost varies with actual usage.

Revenue splits on larger deals are agreed case by case, based on scale and terms.

Custom development is available on every plan — external system integration (CRM, booking, inventory APIs), UI/UX customisation, extra channels, extra languages, reporting and BI, security requirements. We quote within five business days of a requirements call.

What you get, and how far white-labelling goes

A RAG engine at the core, plus LINE Official Account integration, human handoff and multi-tenant management as standard. Every screen your customers see can carry your brand.

  • RAG engine

Four layers of hallucination control keep answers grounded in your documents.

  • LINE Official Account

Connects to an existing LINE Official Account as it is.

  • Multilingual

Japanese, English and more in the same deployment.

  • Human handoff

Escalates anything the AI should not answer to a person, mid-conversation.

  • Multi-tenant management

Run every client from one console, with four-level role separation.

  • Analytics dashboard

Volume, resolution rate and the questions that went unanswered.

Everything your customer sees is your brand

The OneBot name and logo never appear. What your customer opens is your service.

About the company behind OneBot

OneBot is built and operated by VAON VIET NAM CO., LTD., based in Hanoi. Development for the Japanese market is our core business, and more than 90% of our revenue still comes from Japanese customers.

If "an overseas development company" gives you pause

That reaction is entirely reasonable, and we would rather address it than talk around it.

Everything from commercial discussions to technical specification work happens directly in Japanese, with no interpreter in the middle. We have worked to Japanese business norms and quality expectations for more than fifteen years.

The most reliable way to judge that is to deal with us. Start with the free trial and see how we work.

Eligibility and FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the setup fee?

¥100,000 for Starter and ¥350,000 for Standard. Enterprise is quoted against your requirements.

It covers branding, environment build and initial training.

How does partner pricing work, and where does my revenue come from?

We sell to you at the partner price and you set the retail price for your customers. Everything between the two is yours.

Charging more does not increase our share — the retail price is entirely your decision.

What margin can I expect?

Real margin varies with the AI model behind a deployment, conversation volume and the size of your own customers, so this page does not publish a margin percentage or a profit projection.

What is published is the partner price and the setup fee above. Apply your intended retail price (we recommend ¥15,000 per month or more) and your tenant count and the shape of the economics is clear enough to plan against.

For a figure that accounts for expected conversation volume, we model it with you. Start the free trial and your account manager will pick it up from there.

Should I start on Starter or Standard?

Around 30 tenants is the usual guideline — above that, Standard's lower partner price tends to win. Where it actually falls depends on your AI model and conversation volume, so we work it out with you.

You can start on Starter and move to Standard whenever the numbers say so — there is no window or penalty.

Why a Vietnamese company? I have concerns about quality.

Development for the Japanese market is our core business; more than 90% of our revenue comes from Japanese customers, and we have been doing this for over fifteen years.

Commercial and technical discussions happen directly in Japanese, without an interpreter.

Can I offer it under my own brand and domain?

Yes. Service name, domain, logo and theme colour are all yours. Neither the OneBot name nor its logo appears in the customer-facing widget or the admin dashboard.

Who pays for infrastructure?

It depends on the plan.

Starter: included in the partner price. You do not need a cloud account at all.

Standard and above: BYOK, so it is yours. The amount moves with your AI model, conversation volume and tenant count, so we size it against your own assumptions rather than quoting a figure here.

Is there a minimum sales quota?

No. There is no volume commitment and no penalty for missing one.

How far does technical support go?

You handle first-line support for your customers (L1); we handle technical incidents (L2/L3).

Server build, operations, monitoring and incident response are fully managed by us on every plan.

Can I run multiple clients from one console?

Yes. Multi-tenant management lets you operate every client environment from a single console, with four levels of role-based access separation.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in Japan. All traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS and backed up daily. Operations follow APPI, Japan’s personal information protection act.

Is there a lock-in period, and how do I cancel?

There is no long minimum term. Cancellation terms are set out in the individual agreement you sign.

Is the contract in Japanese? What about governing law and jurisdiction?

The contract is provided in Japanese. Governing law and jurisdiction are agreed individually at contract time.

If the contract ends, does the system stop working?

It depends on the plan.

Standard and above: the infrastructure is in your name, so it keeps running in your environment.

Starter: the system stops at the end of the contract. You can export everything as CSV or JSON beforehand, and we will migrate you to a BYOK environment on request — you can move to Standard at any time.

How is this different from other OEM programs?

We publish our partner pricing. Most comparable programs quote per deal, which means you cannot model the economics before committing.

And on Starter there is no cloud account to set up, so you can start selling without hiring an engineer.

Can this be used with Japanese IT subsidies?

It can be registered as an IT tool under your own brand. Whether a given registration is accepted, and which requirements apply, is decided by the body running each scheme.

On Standard and above we provide a support kit with the documentation partners typically need when applying.
