- Fees Other Than the Product Price

- Payment Method
- Bank transfer (monthly invoice). For overseas payments, services such as Wise may be used.
- Payment Timing
- Monthly. Payment is due by the date specified on each invoice or individual contract.
- Service Delivery Timing
- Provided promptly after the application and payment procedures are completed.
- Returns / Cancellation
- A free trial period may be provided depending on the plan. After the start of paid provision, refunds are not available except where required by law (see Terms of Use, Article 13); cancellation follows the individual contract.
