- Fees Other Than the Product Price
- Overage: ¥10–15/msg (excl. tax), metered per message. Setup fee: Setup fee waived for signups until 31 December 2026 (normally ¥50,000–¥300,000). AI API fees, LINE-related fees, bank transfer fees, communication costs and other third-party service costs are borne by the customer (see Terms of Use, Article 13).
- Payment Method
- Bank transfer (monthly invoice). For overseas payments, services such as Wise may be used.
- Payment Timing
- Monthly. Payment is due by the date specified on each invoice or individual contract.
- Service Delivery Timing
- Provided promptly after the application and payment procedures are completed.
- Returns / Cancellation
- A free trial period may be provided depending on the plan. After the start of paid provision, refunds are not available except where required by law (see Terms of Use, Article 13); cancellation follows the individual contract.
- Operating Environment
- The latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
